The current product direction is local-first. In practical terms, core financial records are intended to remain on your device to support tracking, analysis, and projections without assuming a remote service as the default source of truth.
If future versions introduce account systems, cloud sync, or remote backup, we will update this policy before those capabilities are made available and explain the change in clear language.
